$75/per program.
You will, also, receive a 30-minute virtual consultation call to go over your questionnaire and all the information needed to create your custom fitness program.
Your 12-Week Program and protocol PDFs will be sent via email within 24-48 hours after your consultation.
*Requires $50 deposit before the call, the rest of the payment for your program is due upon consultation date. Invoices will be sent via the email on file.
If at any time you wish to apply for 1:1 Coaching, you will receive a $75 discount to your first month of coaching.
$155/per month (three months total).
You will receive a 45-minute virtual consultation either in person or virtual to meet your coach and go over your completed questionnaire.
Included in your coaching package, along with your custom fitness program: 2-one hour training sessions and 2-thirty minute virtual check in calls per month; personalized nutritional guidance with a full break down of your macro-goals; ability to message your coach with any questions, exciting wins, or need for adjustments & receive a response within 24 hours; If you want to keep training, returning clients receive 15% off of coaching packages.

$150/base price
The base price for any commissioned piece is $150. This includes the yarn used for each piece (up to 3 balls), shipping costs, and max of five hours of “knit time”.
With your custom piece, you will receive a 30 minute consultation call. This is to design your piece and get on the same creative page. After your call, you will receive an invoice through the email on file. The base price will be required as a deposit - to be paid within 72 hours, or the order will be cancelled.
Additional charges will be listed on an itemized invoice. These charges are for each additional ball used, and/or $50 per 5 hours of “knit time”.
This will be collected via another invoice after the project is complete. Please, allow 24-48 hours to ship and receive your tracking info.
